The images on this page were completed between August and December of 2007.

The three watercolors came out of my trip to St. Thomas, V.I. where I was privileged to take a 7-day watercolor workshop taught by my mentor, Carol Carter. I was starting a series of tropical plant paintings and had completed the first two, when my trip to St. Thomas came up. The plant paintings from this trip will continue and add to my work with tropical imagery.

The colored pencil works were a private commission, and continue the series of vegetable and fruit drawings that I started earlier on another private commission. You can see my earlier drawings on the Colored Pencil Works page.

My goal for this page is to continue to show my progression as an artist, both in technical proficiency and in my interest and growth painting a variety of subject areas.
